When you make a purchase through Kashew that is fulfilled by one of Kashew's third-party delivery partners, it automatically falls under our Buyer Protection program. This includes our return policy, secure payment processing, and dedicated customer service support. Buyer Protection does not extend to deliveries that are arranged and handled directly by the seller — see the Return Policy for details on seller-arranged deliveries.

Money Back Guarantee

When you pay through Kashew, you're entitled to Buyer Protection. For deliveries arranged through Kashew's delivery partners, we'll refund you if your item does not match the pictures or description of the listing. Seller-arranged deliveries are handled directly by the seller and are not covered by this guarantee for in-transit damage or delivery issues.

All transactions on Kashew are encrypted and PCI-compliant. We support payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Venmo. Payments are processed by our trusted partner Stripe, ensuring you can send and receive money with confidence.

What's Covered

Item mismatch: If the item doesn't match the listing description or photos
Damage during shipping: Items damaged by Kashew's third-party delivery partners (e.g., Lugg, Moverr, GoShare, uShip, FreightClub, UPS, FedEx)
Missing items: If your order never arrives
Quality issues: Undisclosed defects or condition problems

What's Not Covered

Self-pickup purchases: Items inspected and picked up in person by the buyer
Seller-arranged deliveries: When the seller offers and handles their own delivery, Kashew is not the carrier and is not responsible for in-transit damage, building damage, late arrivals, or other delivery issues. The seller is solely responsible for the delivery itself. The standard return policy still applies if the delivered item does not match the listing description.
Buyer's remorse: Items that match the listing but no longer fit the buyer's preferences, space, or needs (all sales are final)

Document the issue with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery

Submit your claim with photos and description
Our team will review and respond within 10 business days
