Buyer Protection does not extend to deliveries that are arranged and handled directly by the seller — see the Return Policy for details on seller-arranged deliveries.
When you pay through Kashew, you're entitled to Buyer Protection. For deliveries arranged through Kashew's delivery partners, we'll refund you if your item does not match the pictures or description of the listing. Seller-arranged deliveries are handled directly by the seller and are not covered by this guarantee for in-transit damage or delivery issues.
