Await seller approval - sellers have 72 hours to respond to your offer, by either accepting, or sending a counter offer.
Get your Item - after you settled on a price the order goes through and you can pick it up or get it shipped by our partners.

Secure paymentsYou are not charged when you checkout. Your payment is only processed if the seller approves your order or offer. Both orders and offers can be cancelled at any time from your orders page. We only release the payment to the seller once you have received the item and are satisfied with it.
You can also buy now and pay later with PayPal financing - splitting your total into four interest-free payments.

If your item arrives and is not as described on Kashew, you are entitled to return the product to the seller and receive a full refund. Kashew will also take care of shipping the item back.
Sellers on Kashew are professional furniture businesses and do their best to showcase a product in full detail. If you have questions before purchasing - please ask the seller directly to prevent having to return the item.
You can request a return within 24 hours after an item was delivered to you, and can do so directly from your orders page.
