Canceling an order

The process to cancel an order is different based on your order type.

Self-pickup orders: You can cancel your order at any time from your order page by clicking the "Delete Order" button. After the seller approves your cancellation request, you will receive a full refund to your payment method. A refund receipt email will be sent to you shortly after.

Local delivery orders: You can cancel your order at any time BEFORE the item is picked up from the seller. So before the order status is marked as "In transit". To do that, you can send a cancellation request to the seller from the order page - once the seller approves, you will receive a full refund to your payment method. A refund receipt email will be sent to you shortly after.

To cancel an order after the item has already been picked up, please contact us at [email protected]. You will be refunded the full order amount minus the cost of the delivery.

The seller has 48 hours to approve any cancellation request. If they do not approve it within 48 hours, our team will step in to resolve the issue and finalize the cancellation.
