My PayPal account was unfairly charged
When you place an order/offer using PayPal or Venmo (a PayPal service), we place a temporary hold on your PayPal account. This hold is released should the order/offer not be approved by the seller.
Sometimes though, PayPal might show this "payment authorization" on your bank account as a pending charge. You can expect it to be released within 3 business days if the order/offer is not approved by the seller.
