What counts as non-compliance:
1. Product material: an iron chair instead of wood.
2. Very different colors: a blue chair instead of a red chair.
3. Patterns: stripes instead of dots.
4. Product shape or type: plates instead of glasses.
5. Dimensions: a desk that measures 3 ft instead of 4 ft.
6. State of wear different from what is shown in the ad: fabric is described as clean and in like new condition while it shows stains and traces of wear that were not disclosed in the ad (not in description and/or not on photo).
What does not count as non-compliance:
1. Subjective color differences: a chair is light blue instead of a darker blue.
2. Wear or scratches that were documented in the listing (pictures or description).
