Pick up an Item yourself

You can always choose the option to pick up an item from the seller yourself.

This is how it works:

1. To pick up an item yourself you can simply select “Self-pickup” at checkout.

2. Once the seller approves your request, you will be able to see the full address and go pick up your purchase. The seller's store hours are available on your order details. From there, you can also chat with them to give them a heads up about your arrival.

3. When you pick up the item, give the seller your 4 digit pick up code to mark the order as completed.

4. (bonus) If you see the item and decide that you want to get it professionally delivered instead, you can easily add delivery to your order from the order page by clicking the "Add Delivery" button.

5. (bonus) After seeing the item you changed your mind? You can cancel the order from your order page for a full refund.
