In the rare case that an item is no longer available after you've checked out, the seller will decline the order and you'll be refunded automatically (the refund typically reaches your account in 1–10 business days).
Offers work differently — your card is only charged if the seller accepts your offer. The seller has 48 hours to accept, decline or counter.
