Sending an offer - negotiating a price

Sending an offer and negotiating a price is easy. For sellers that allow offers for their items, you can click the "Make Offer” button on the product page, where you can propose a price you’re willing to pay.

The seller has the option to accept the offer within 48 hours, send a counter-offer, or decline the offer.

You are not charged unless the offer is accepted, or you have accepted the counter-offer.

You can cancel your offer at any time before it is accepted or rejected by the seller.
