Importing or adding your products

You can add products manually through your dashboard: https://www.kashew.com/seller-dashboard?tab=products

However, most sellers choose to sync their catalog automatically from platforms like Shopify, Chairish, WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, 1stDibs, and more.

Once synced, your catalog stays updated:

• Adding a product on your original platform adds it to Kashew
• Editing a product updates it on Kashew
• Deleting a product removes it from Kashew

Any change you make by hand on Kashew is preserved — products you create directly on Kashew are never removed by the sync, and a field you edit yourself keeps your value while every other field keeps syncing from your source.

Syncing is not instant and may take up to 12 hours to reflect changes.
