Offering your own delivery

If your business provides delivery, you can offer your own shipping service on Kashew so customers can select it at checkout.

If multiple shipping methods are enabled, customers will be shown the cheapest or fastest option to avoid confusion.

To add your delivery service, go to Shop Details and enable "Offer your own delivery."

Here you can set:

• Delivery days and times
• Distance-based fees
• Shipping lead times

For a specific product, you can override pricing by enabling "Fixed shipping price" in the product edit form.

If your external platform already has shipping fees, they will sync automatically.
