Negotiating price

If your store allows price negotiations, customers can make offers on your items.

Your store settings allow you to control:

• Minimum acceptable offer percentage
• Automated counteroffers
• Turning negotiations on or off entirely

When a customer sends an offer, you have four options:

1. Accept the offer
2. Send a counteroffer
3. Delete the negotiation (e.g., if the item is no longer available)
4. Let it expire (offers auto-expire after 72 hours)

Counteroffers also expire after 72 hours unless accepted or countered. You may edit or delete a counteroffer before it is accepted.
