When you receive an order or offer, you have 72 hours to accept it before it expires.

Customers enter their payment details at checkout, but they are charged only when you approve the order (or when they accept your counteroffer).

You can choose to automatically accept certain purchase requests or automatically counter offers below a chosen threshold. These options are available in your store settings.
