How shipping works
Your products can ship through multiple service types:
Parcel shipping (UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx)
- You receive a shipping label
- You pack the item and drop it off
- You may add a packaging fee
- Optional: UPS Store Pack & Ship (UPS handles packing/shipping)
Local white-glove delivery (Lugg, GoShare)
- Carriers pick up and deliver on the same day
- Deliveries occur within ~100 miles
- Items are blanket-wrapped and transported professionally
Long-distance white-glove delivery (uShip, Moverr/Kashew Delivery)
- Carriers pick up within ~1 week
- Delivery takes several days depending on distance
- Items are blanket-wrapped and handled by professional carriers
Freight shipping (FreightClub, Deliveright, Freight & Logistics Inc)
- Requires packaging or palletizing
- A truck picks up from your location
- Only opt in if your business can palletize shipments
Seller-managed shipping
- You set a flat or distance-based fee
- You may also offer free shipping using this option
Shipping is fully paid by the customer and handled by Kashew.
After approving a sale, you receive the correct shipping label or BOL.
You can disable any shipping method through your Store Preferences.
You may also allow your preferred long-distance carrier to accept Kashew deliveries using your carrier referral link.
