Getting paid / payouts

Payouts are released as soon as the order is completed.

Eligible sellers can opt in for Early Payouts to get paid within 20 days from the time the order is accepted — or when the order is completed, whichever comes first. There is no additional fee. Learn more about Early Payouts.

This means:

• For delivery orders → payout is released when the carrier marks it delivered
• For customer pickups → payout is released when you enter the customer's 4-digit pickup code
• For self-managed delivery → you manually mark the order as completed

Available payout methods: Wire transfer, Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal
