Getting paid / payouts

Payouts are released as soon as the order is completed.

Sellers with more than 15 sales on Kashew can opt in for early payouts so they get paid within 14 days from the time the order is accepted or when the order is completed, whichever comes first.

This means:

• For delivery orders → payout is released when the carrier marks it delivered
• For customer pickups → payout is released when you enter the customer's 4-digit pickup code
• For self-managed delivery → you manually mark the order as completed

Available payout methods: Wire transfer, Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal
