- Accept or decline an order

- Chat with the customer
- Print shipping labels or BOLs
- Update pickup information
- Approve delivery upgrades
- Accept cancellation requests
- Rate the customer
- Mark an order as completed (seller-managed delivery)
- Mark an order as picked up (customer pickup)
- View tracking information
- See carrier contact details
- Print order summaries
