Returns

Customers may cancel an order before the item ships by submitting a cancellation request. You will receive the request via email along with their explanation.

If you do not respond within 48 hours, the Kashew team will step in to mediate.

If the order is already in transit, cancellations are no longer allowed.

After delivery, customers may request a return only if the item is not as described.

Refunds and returns are extremely rare on Kashew—less than 0.4%.
